Take Stockholm apart

The game

You slept through the end of the world.

It starts at home, as a comic-book prologue in your own house. When you finally get the door open, the town has gone quiet, your dog is gone, and every building you pass is one you know.

01

Your town, rebuilt

Type a street. The game builds the town around it from real data. Every road, every building, the shop on the corner.

02

Co-op, one to four

Bring friends into your town. You all wake up in the same house and share one base.

03

Hold your street

Board the windows, weld the doors, set traps. Clear houses and the street lamps come back on, block by block.

04

Nights that hunt you

The dead lie still by day and rise at dusk. Every third night a blood moon sends them straight to your door.

05

A crew worth keeping

Find survivors with stories of their own. They eat, bleed, stand guard, and can be lost for good.

06

Melee with weight

Swing, cleave, kick and shove. Every hit lands on a held impact frame, drawn in ink.

07

Fifty ways to improve

Five attributes, ten rungs each. Learn to dropkick, to parry, or to climb real drainpipes onto real roofs.

08

One way out

Fix a dead truck with parts from real shops in your town. Then drive out through a checkpoint on a real road.

In development. Features and details may change before release.

How a town is built

Twelve layers deep.

Every town is built from open data, layer on layer, then checked against street photos. Seven of the twelve layers run live at the top of this page, rebuilt in your browser for Stockholm. The switches under it take the town apart.

What is You Said You'd Survive?

You Said You'd Survive is a first-person zombie survival game for PC by Unserious Studios, an independent studio in Sweden. Play solo or in co-op with up to three friends, build a base and try to escape a town built from real map data.

Can I play in my real hometown?

The game builds its world around the street you choose using real roads and building footprints. Each town is tested by hand before it ships. Stockholm is in testing now; join the Relay and vote for your town to help decide where testing goes next.

Is the map on this website actual gameplay?

No. It is a simplified, interactive browser preview of Stockholm built from real map data. Try the Outbreak simulation or plan a loot run. The game itself is in development, and its visuals and features may change.

How many people can play together?

The game is being developed for one to four players. Play on your own or bring up to three friends into the same town and share a base.

When can I play, and how do I hear about playtests?
